Disclaimer: Every kid is different, so what works for us may not work for you. This website does not intend to provide medical advice. If you find any signs of developmental delay in your toddler, please consult a specialist.

Our son, Timothy, was diagnosed as having Global Developmental Delay (GDD) with Speech Disorder. He is now four years old but his speech skill is at 21 months old and his logical reasoning is at zero year old.

As parents, it was devastating to learn. We have had several sleepless nights thinking how our son will be able to cope when he grows up.

Of course, we have to keep moving forward. We have to help him learn all the necessary skills so he can live his life to its fullest despite the disability.

This is why we created Help Kids with Global Developmental Delay (GDD). It is a site for families looking for resources to help their kids with GDD.

We are here to share all the things we have researched and learned about GDD. We will share insights from people with technical know-how, tips on how to help your kids, and reviews of toys or assistive technology that could help kids under similar conditions.

We are also open to hearing stories from other parents and families.

We hope you will walk this journey with us so we can create a community open to learning and helping kids with Global Developmental Delay (GDD).

With much hope,

Lanber and Nydia
